# Premius V2

**Flexible Collateral Ratio for Sellers:**

* When Sellers create orders, they can choose the collateral ratio. The more collateral the seller provide, the higher chance the order will be accepted by the buyer.
* When Buyers create orders, they can set the mininum collateral rate they are willing to accept.

**Position NFT issuing for better liquidity**

* When an order is matched, the buyer receives the Position NFT, which can be traded on NFT marketplaces. This feature not only opens up secondary market dynamics for these NFTs but also allows for the real-time adjustment of investment strategies based on market performance and expectations.

**Staking Yield for Deposits/Collaterals**

* **Collateral Yield Generation:** Implementing a system where user's deposit/collateral used in trading not only secure the position but also generate staking yields, offering users an additional stream of passive income and enhancing the capital efficiency of their investments.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://doc.premius.market/premius-v2.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
